The View from the Inside Out

I'm legally blind, and I consider that a superpower. While most people are influenced (or at least distracted) by the way other people are looking at them, I've been free to flourish and let my inner world shine through. I've also learned a thing or two about self-compassion, self-trust, and how to build confidence in a world that wasn't built for you. My journey has been delightfully messy, and it's made me the coach and the human that I am today.

From the Classroom to Corporate to Coaching
I’ve spent over 20 years in education and adult learning. I’ve worked with young children (who are naturally and unapologetically themselves) and corporate executives (who are often desperate to find their way back to that feeling). For many adults, the problem isn’t a lack of self-awareness; it's the gap between knowing who you are and actually practicing it in real life. And that's where I come in.
What I Do
Today, I'm a trained professional coach who offers deeply personal (and sometimes playful) 1:1 support designed to help you go from someone who knows you are or want to be and someone who lives those things. Through focused reflection and playful action, we’ll examine the areas where your light is being dimmed and figure out how to bridge the gap through tiny experiments and aligned choices.
