Most people spend their lives scanning for disapproving looks or "socially correct" cues about who it's safe to be. Because I was born legally blind, I couldn't see those cues. So I had to learn to navigate by feel. That "limitation" became my greatest strength. It taught me that the most reliable guidance doesn't come from other people or the outside world; it's already inside you.
A Journey of Practice
My perspective has been shaped by navigating my own beautifully messy growth journey—from becoming the first in my family to earn an advanced degree to integrating into new cultures while traveling the world. These experiences taught me to tune into how things actually feel instead of performing for an invisible audience.
From the Classroom to the Board Room
I’ve spent over 20 years in education and adult learning. I’ve worked with young children (who are naturally and unapologetically themselves) and corporate executives (who are often desperate to find their way back to that feeling). I’ve seen that the problem isn’t a lack of self-awareness; it's the gap between knowing who you are and actually practicing it in real life.
Coaching for Impact
Today, I'm a trained professional coach who offers deeply personal 1:1 support designed to dust off that collection of insights you’ve been gathering and help you start using them. Through focused reflection and playful action, we’ll examine the areas where your light is being dimmed and figure out how to bridge the gap through tiny experiments and aligned choices.
